Just a quick note to thank you for your time on Saturday morning, I appreciate being slotted in at 9.00am (having only contacted you late on), it has probably been a very long weekend for you and your brother! Always good to have a bit of banter with Deano - my koi also seemed to like the saki hikari growth (they have been on multiseason up to now).

It was great to see your set up (some superb fish) and I wish you the very best for the future in this venture and look forward to many repeat visits to see how the dry stock area developes. Interesting timing having just read your article on feeding in Koi magazine and having been lent a copy of Spring Time DVD with a 13 year old Ricky S starring!!!!

The Shiro has settled in, usual timid first day, but up feeding with the rest this morning. I'll let you know how it gets on, measured and photographed in my database so can monitor progress.

I first met Ricky following a string of poor advice and a history of costly mistakes, as with many misled hobbyists the bad experiences were far outweighing the good. Though I still consider myself very much a novice Koi keeper I now have very few issues and stable water parameters. This is all thanks to Ricky's on going, friendly and professional support.

Keeping Koi has become a true passion of mine and I'm now able to sit and enjoy my pond instead of suffering endless heartache and frustration. Ricky has a background that includes years of first hand experience with the masters of Koi. He has a unique way of helping customers understand where they're going wrong without over complicating or confusing matters.

I have recently purchased a number of special Koi from Ricky that are now thriving in their new surroundings; the feeding programme is working a treat! I have always been made to feel welcome and I prefer the one on one approach that Ricky has now adopted. If you're looking to purchase a fish (regardless of budget) you want to feel you have received genuine advice, value for money and a well respected opinion by someone who cares. Then I strongly recommend calling Ricky and making an appointment.

Hi Ricky

Both fish settled in very quickly and I am absolutely thrilled with them, they are truly stunning fish.
I firstly would like to thank you for seeing me at such short notice and for your warm hospitality. It was a pleasure meeting you and I enjoyed every minute listening to your advise and sharing your vast knowledge. You have got a fantastic set up and a stunning collection of fish, which are great value for money.

After visiting few koi dealers, I can truly say Koi Growers are a breath of fresh air! Furthermore, I will strongly recommend Koi Growers to anyone and I am happy to tell you that you have a customer for life.
